At Ringlet, every ring is handled with exceptional care and precision to ensure your finely crafted jewelry arrives safely — exactly as you envisioned it.

📦 Shipping Rates & Order Weight

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your Ringlet orders are delivered securely and on time.

Orders up to 5 kg:

  • Shipped via standard courier services

  • Jewelry is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

  • Delivery date selection may be available at checkout (where supported)

Orders over 5 kg (bulk orders or special collections):

  • May ship via specialized or insured delivery services

  • Requires an accessible delivery address

  • Delivery may be scheduled in advance if required

📅 Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

  • No Deliveries: Weekends or public holidays

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed before 1 PM ship the same business day

  • Orders placed after 1 PM ship the next working day

⚠️ Important Information

  • Remote Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply

  • Missed Deliveries: Redelivery fees may be charged if no one is available to receive the parcel

  • Damaged Parcels: Please report any damage within 48 hours (including photos) so we can assist you promptly
